Okay, I know that alot of people have never even heard of a guinea.
So let me tell you a little bit about them. We sell alot of guineas because
people buy them to help keep down the pest population. They eat alot
of grasshoppers, ticks, and insects that are bad to the garden. They are
very good at doing this but they can be a headache to listen to. Whenever
they feel like they are in danger they can make a noise that could scare
any predator within a mile radius. *Well they are not that bad but if you
ever hear one you will understand what I mean.*

With it's white face and gray body it has
to be one of the ugliest things that has
walked the face of the earth. :-)

When theses things mate they chase each other until they get tired. Sometimes it seems like they chase each other just about all day! It is one of the weirdest mating rituals I have ever seen. When the older guineas have babies we catch them right away so that we can sell them. The only way to catch one when they get older is with a shotgun.
