Colorado Vacation Page 1

Colorado is a very beautiful state. The mountains there make our mountains look like little hills.
In December of 2000 we were able to take a trip to Colorado. This page is dedicated to that trip.
We took very few pictures because most of the time we were on the slops falling around trying
to learn how to ski. Take a look around if you feel the urge and see some of the pics from our
vacation.

It took us about 2 hours to get from Denver to Vail.
On the drive up to Vail from Denver the Chapin's
decided to stop at a scenic area and take a picture.

Once we got to the slopes we were all fired up about skiing.
Here you see three amateurs skiers dreaming of becoming
professional skiers. In the background is a blue looking
building. This is where one of the many ski lifts were. The
Chapin's were unable to ride this lift because it was for the
more experienced riders. :-(

Out on the slopes Bill was always having to give Debra tips on how to ski.

The times that Bill and Debra were not on the slopes, they stayed
at their uncle's and aunt's apartment. Here you see Bill and Debra
trying to get their cousin Greg to smile for the camera.
