
Cheese Ball
2-(8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 med. onion (finely chopped)
1 tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teas. Salt
1 small jar Pimentos
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Form into a ball and roll in nuts if desired. Serve with crackers of your choice.
Tip:
This recipe makes a large cheese ball. If you are only having a few guest; after you refrigerate the mixture divide it into two balls, serve one to your guest and freeze the other one for another day.
