
Rice Pudding

1 cup cooked rice
1 to 1 ½ cups milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup raisins
½ cup melted margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
Combine rice, margarine, milk, sugar, and eggs.
Mix well, add vanilla and raisins. Pour pudding
mixture into a two-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350°, until firm.
