
Pork Chop Casserole
6 pork chops, (browned)
1 large onion, (sliced)
3 medium potatoes, (sliced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ can water
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown chops; place alternate layers of meat,
onion, and potatoes in large casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste. Mix soup and water;
pour over chops. Bake covered at 350° for
60 to 70 minutes.
