White Grape Juice Cake

1 Box butter cake mix
1 small box vanilla pudding mix (cook & serve)
4 eggs
1\2 cup white grape juice
1\2 cup oil
1\2 cup water
1 1\2 cup pecans (chopped)

Grease & dust tube or bunt pan. Line bottom of pan with nuts.
Mix all ingredients together & pour on top of nuts.
Bake at 350° 40 to 45 mins.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 to 15 mins.


Glaze: 1\4 cup white grape juice
1\2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar

Mix all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Pour hot mixture over cake while still in tube or bunt pan.
Let cool 20 mins.,then take out of pan.


Tip :
Buy two small baby food jars of white grape juice for this recipe unless you plan to make more than one cake at a time.
