Thought you might like this. "Why are you crying?" he asked his mom. "Because I'm a mother," she told him. "I don't understand," he said His mom just hugged him tightly and said, "You never will." Later the boy asked his father why Mother seemed to cry for no reason. "All mothers cry for no reason," was all his dad could say. The little boy grew up, still wondering why mothers cry, so he finally put in a call to God and when he got Him on the line, God said,"You see, Stan, when I made mothers, they had to be special. I made their shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world. I gave them the inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that eventually comes from their children. I gave them a hardness that allows them to keep going when everyone else gives up, and to take care of their families through sickness and fatigue without complaining.I gave them the sensitivity to love their children under all circumstances, and no matter how badly they are hurt. This same sensitivity helps them to make a child's boo-boo feel better, and helps them share a son's or daughter's teen-age anxieties. I gave them a tear to shed. It's theirs exclusively to use whenever it's needed. It's their only weakness. It's a tear for mankind." But one day when the mother reached a certain day like maybe in her seventies or eighties, the mother is struck with severe pain, a rescue vehicle is called and she is taken to the hospital and hooked up to a lot of strange tubes and instruments and is given a lot of injections and pills. She is scared and worried and cries and wonders if she is about to die and asks, "am I going to die". She feels abandoned, heartbroken and frightened. She goes through the night and seems to be getting better. But she does in fact succumb that next morning. No one knows what caused her final pains before she expired. No one knows what wrong medicines were given to her, what wrong dosage of anesthesia she received. No one knows what might have saved her life, what should have been given to her to save her life. She had only love for everyone during her life. She received stupidy and ignorance in the final moments of her life that ended her life.
