Hello there.. nice to meet you. well.. you sent an e-mail to my friend's address and she forwarded it to me.. thanks a lot. let me introduce myself a little.. my real name is Tarin Clanuwat. I am Thai-Chinese girl. my nick name is Tomomi.. so everybody call me like that.. I am majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science.. in faculty of Science , Chulalongkorn University... I am just a first year student.. I am 19 years old. about Japanese.. I teach my friends Japanese sometime.. I never studied Japanese from school before.. but I can use it quite okay.. because there are many Japanese people around me. so, I am just used to it. I think it's quite hard to be good in Japanese as much as other foreign languages which you have studied for a long time.. there are 3 kinds of characters.. they are called "hiragana" "katakana" and "kanji"..kanji is the hardest one.. it looks just like Chinese characters.. we use about 2500 kanji in everyday life. (if you can remember 2500 kanji.. you can read newspaper without difficulty) I am studying in Fac of Sci.. but my friends from fac of Arts always ask me when they have problems in Japanese.. I have a lot of Japanese friends as well.. both in Japan and in Thailand. my hobbies are playing internet.. read Japanese magazine... playing piano and I also play Karate. Japanese martial art.
