First Presbyterian Church provides for and encourages its members to be involved in meaningful ministry to others, in the name of Christ. The following are local missions projects we are currently sponsoring:

Feeding Program for the Hungry (Feeding the needy a hot meal every Saturday in Overbey Hall)
God's Storehouse (A local food bank for the hungry)
Salvation Army (A support for those in need of food and shelter)
Habitat for Humanity (A Christian ministry providing housing for area families in need)
DOVES (A local organization providing shelter for domestic abuse victims)
Hope Harbor (A local organization providing support for men with alcohol and substance abuse problems)
