April 4th 2nd Annual Education 5K Run/Walk at Goodyear Gulf Club
9am - Danville, VA
Start 0.1 Mile and Last 0.1 mile on Hole #1 Fairway grass.
Rest of race on golf cart path. Nice First Prize and trophies.
Entry includes breakfast. $15 until March 28. $20 thereafter.

1K Fun Run for 12 years and under starts at 8:30 AM on the Rugby Field Loop at Anglers Park.
Registration, Start/Finish at ANGLERS PARK!!! NEW COURSE all on Riverwalk Trail!!!
This is miles away from the 2008 course and registration.
5K race is $15 advance, $20 on race day. 1K race is $8 but no T shirt.

Sept 19th 1st Annual 5K Run to benefit The Halifax County Cancer Association, South Boston, VA

Oct 24th Reidsville Junior Service League 5K Run 1st Annual - 8 AM - Lake Reidsville, NC.

Same course as last year. Start/Finish at YMCA on Main. To W Main around Howland Circle & return.

Nov 14th Danville Half Marathon and 8K Race at 11 AM at The Crossing at the Dan - Danville, Va. (Vince Decker 434-797-8470)

Majority of the course will be on the Riverwalk trail and will finish at the Carrington Pavilion.

Finishers are invited to the 2009 Brewfest at the Community Market from 2 PM to 8 PM.

8K race will start on Riverwalk Trail between trestle bridge and railroad bridge. It will go beyond Dan Daniel Park and turn Counter Clockwise
around Ghost Tree Island to return on the Riverwalk Trail to the Pepsi Building, finishing in the same location as the Half Marathon Finish.
