SHIPPING
We only ship domestically, within the United States
Shipments are made on
Mondays and Tuesdays
| Lotus Tubers are available from March
through June Lilies are available anytime.
Tropical plants are ready for shipping most of the time, but
depends on climate for area receiving the plant.
Other plants, such as hardies are available late April or May,
and up through November. |

Shipping Plants
Shipping charges are applied
base on the total value of the order, per the
following chart, and our minimum order amount is
$50.00. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and
Pureto Rico will be charged and additional $15.00,
above the amount in the chart.

Shipping Fish
Fish are shipped with
special handling and preparation. This
special handling requires a special fish shipping
chart to ensure the live arrival. The chart
for fish only shipping costs are:

Shipping Fish -
Additional information
Specific States: CA, NV, TX, AZ, OR, WA,
ID, MT, UT, CO, NM, ND, WY, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR,
LA, MS, HI, AK will have added $30.00 for every
$100.00 of fish ordered. In addition, in all
states where standard UPS is not delivered in one
day and the temperatures are above 80 degrees,
next day air charges will be added to your invoice
for shipping to ensure live arrival. The
fish order will be sent with available or if you
want them shipped with a plant order, note that on
your order form. If you order in early
Spring, it is best to indicate when your water
garden pool is ready to accept the fish.

PAYMENTS
Fill out the
order form, add up the
order total, and then calculate the shipping based on the
chart below and add this amount on to the order.
Then submit your order by fax, mail, or by phone.
You may wish to confirm your order with us before
processing payment.
Payments through Paypal are
preferred. You do not need to have an account
with Paypal in order to make payment with a Credit Card.
Each of the more common credit cards are accepted through
Paypal such as Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Submit your total payment through
http://www.paypal.com If a Paypal Invoice is required for payment processing, please
let us know when ordering.
If you wish to mail in your
payment by money order or check, please include a copy of
your completed
order form with the
payment and mail to Gordons Water Gardens, 626 Water Oak
Road, Callands, VA 24530. Please note
that all checks must be cleared before your order is
processed and shipped (10 to 20 days).
