Neighborhood Schools for the 21st Century

School consolidation placed us in unmanageably large, impersonal worlds where alienation, discipline problems and crime are common. High bandwidth access to information over the internet means we can go to school close to home in neighborhood schools where we know everyone and are known by everyone.
Fluid multi-media bandwidth and exciting educational resources will be here before we have moved into smaller buildings.
We need to start planning smaller buildings today! Let's start with the elementary schools.
Agree or disagree, e-mail me at wskeel@gamewood.net   I will publish your response at this site.
